At Roti Bank, we believe that empowering women is key to building strong communities. Our women's empowerment initiative focuses on providing opportunities for underprivileged women to become self-reliant, confident, and financially independent through skill development and meaningful work.

Through our training programs, we provide them with essential skills like roti-making, food preparation, and entrepreneurship. These skills help them generate an income, supporting not only themselves but their families as well.

Our initiative ensures that women can earn a sustainable livelihood by:

• Employment Opportunities: Women who complete our training programs are employed to prepare and distribute fresh rotis through our Roti Se Rojgar initiative.
• Financial Literacy: In addition to skill training, we offer financial literacy workshops to help women manage their income, save for the future, and invest in their communities.
• Leadership Development: We encourage women to take on leadership roles, helping them build confidence, decision-making skills, and a sense of agency in their personal and professional lives.
