Every day, tons of food go to waste while millions go hungry. Our Food Wastage Management initiative focuses on bridging this gap. We aim to recover surplus food from restaurants, events, and households, ensuring that no meal is wasted while people go unfed.
How We Manage Food Wastage
- Food Collection: We partner with restaurants, hotels, and catering services to collect surplus, freshly-prepared meals that would otherwise go to waste.
- Safe Redistribution: Once collected, the food is carefully inspected to ensure it meets hygiene and safety standards before being distributed to those in need, including underprivileged families, the homeless, and orphanages.
- Awareness Campaigns: We educate communities on reducing food wastage through thoughtful meal planning, storage techniques, and the importance of donating excess food rather than discarding it.
